I'm Backkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!

Been through thick and thin for the past couple of months without a computer, but thank God he's now provided me with one when I needed it the most! A new Acer Aspire One :D. Looks just like my other computer, black top and brown bottom, only this time it came like this lol! I don't know what's going ok with me of is that's the way it is but my computers always come with some sort of defect! My first one, the volume on the touch pad would freeze the screen and this one, the sound goes through a three second metallic phase when I play or watch  something for a period of time....makes me kind of scared to get my MacBookPro! But thanks be to God for His blessings anyhow!!!!!!!!!!

Dance class!

Haven't been back in a while, but recently this song just came into my head and I decided to check it out....did not like what I heard or saw! He's wearing a nose ring and making all kinds of innuendos that I didn't recognized I was singing until now! To top it all off he was discriminating against fat women! Smh! You just never know what's in music/sometimes!

Going to the volcano....NOT!

So the central church planned a hiking trip to go to the volcano or volcan as they call it the first sunday we were back and three out of 8 of us decided to join them...They told us it was a looong two hour walk but I was I into it because I've been wanting to climb that mountain since last year!

Internet!!!!!

So the internet finally came, and 5 guys came to hook it up! Could not believe it but, they were all over roof putting stuff up and making holes etc. We are extremely happy to have it...communication was needed desperately!

Un-be-weaveable!

Excuse the pun but, one of the missionaries came back with a weave and the others have never, seen one in their life so it was hilarious! There was a lot of questions, poking, prodding and shocked faces lol! It's just so amazing all the different things we can learn from each other!

Lover of my soul

I saw Him that afternoon and I knew…He was the Lover of my soul. No one told me; I just knew it. His lofty figure and generous smile captivated my heart. And I desired to know Him. He was called…Man.

It was early in the morning when I approached Him and told Him the story of my life. His transparent eyes penetrated my senses and I knew that I would never forget His story either.

At His side, I learned the greatest truths and to His loving hand I hold onto forever. I will never again feel alone and to be by His side is my only desire.

Compassionate Eyes

His compassionate eyes sense danger and I pay attention to every word of advice He gives me. Tenderness flows out of His mouth. I can’t imagine my life without Him!  After looking for Him for so long, how could I ever let Him go?  His never-ending love has pierced my heart and I can never again feel despair. His love will follow me all of the days of my life.

Honesty adorns His chest and wisdom crowns His head. His feet are swift for the race and His hands overflow with kindness. I lack nothing when I’m at His side!

At night, I lie down and peacefully drift to sleep because He watches over me. He is the Defender of my life and the One that has restored it. He is the King of the universe and His greatness endures forever.

I saw Him that afternoon and I knew…He was the Lover of my soul. His name is Jesus.

“…I held him and would not let him go…” (Song of Solomon 3:4)

I saw this devotional and I loved it....I think I'm turning into a romantic! :O

WELCOME BACK!!!!!

Yes that's right! I'm back in Honduras :) Thought I would post a blog to mark one week since I've left England. Second time's the charm right? Here are some of our missionaries this year...We already remember Darcia from last year in the yellow shirt, Sarah and Lauren from Walla Walla, Bianca from Oakwood and Renee from Andrews. We're are missing Abigail from Trinidad and Lydia, but not for long! :) This was our first Sabbath in church and Darcia and I had to translate-they still have smiles on their faces so that means we were not too bad! Tenga un buen dia!!!

Shhhhh!

If you didn't see it with your own eyes, or hear it with your own ears, don't invent it with your small mind and share it wit your big mouth!

Learn from the past...

Lot's of people say learn from other people's mistakes-we also need to learn from the past.
