Say A Prayer

Sometimes we all just need a prayer! This song touches me every time I listen to it...Be blessed!

Being vegan

Once again the story of my life. *Gets on the soap box* I turn up to a party and this happens or people start running around like head-less chickens trying to find me something to eat. Sometimes they even come out with the line-DO YOU WANT A SALAD? If you wanna tick me off, this is definitely the way to go! Why the cheese would I come to a party to eat salad? I can garantee you I have salad at home I'm not being cheap! Now first of all stop being so awkward because I am sure there is something there that I can eat and second of all I anticipated this so I've probably eaten-so leave me alone. You do you and let me do me! *Off the soap box* On to happier thoughts....isn't this cartoon cute?

Mis Deados!

Loving my toes-got some harlot colours on them then decorated with white. This is my first time really experimenting with them so I'm pretty proud. Had to take them off to wear open toes to church thought!

More creativity coming soon!

I've Got An Angel

Isn't this comforting? It's funny but this cartoon reminded me of this song by the Clark Sisters. My favourite line is "Got an angel watching over me, keeping me from all hurt harm and danger!"

I liked these and they reminded me of this song...

My prayer for today...

Have Thine own way, Lord! Have Thine own way!
Thou art the Potter, I am the clay.
Mold me and make me after Thy will,
While I am waiting, yielded and still.

Have Thine own way, Lord! Have Thine own way!
Search me and try me, Master, today!
Whiter than snow, Lord, wash me just now,
As in Thy presence humbly I bow.

Have Thine own way, Lord! Have Thine own way!
Wounded and weary, help me, I pray!
Power, all power, surely is Thine!
Touch me and heal me, Savior divine.

Have Thine own way, Lord! Have Thine own way!
Hold o’er my being absolute sway!
Fill with Thy Spirit ’till all shall see
Christ only, always, living in me.

Happiness

“Happiness doesn’t depend on any external conditions; it is governed by our mental attitude.”

Happiness is a decision; it is not based on what’s going on around us. It’s based solely on what’s going on inside of us. Our happiness is based on the thoughts that we choose to give our attention to; the thoughts that we choose to harbor. Dale Carnegie said, “It isn’t what you have, or who you are, or where you are, or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy. It is what you think about.”

        — Dale Carnegie

Happiness comes from God and serving Him! He will keep us in prefect peace if we'll keep our minds stayed on Him! Isaiah 26:3

“I Love You” by Roy Croft

“I love you, not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you. I love you, not only for what you have made of yourself, but for what you are making of me. I love you, for the part of me that you bring out. I love you, for putting your hand into my heaped-up heart, and passing over all the foolish, weak things that you can’t help dimly seeing there, and for drawing out, into the light, all the beautiful belongings that no one else had looked quite far enough to find. I love you, because you are helping me to make of the lumber of my life, not a tavern, but a temple. Out of the works of my every day, not a reproach, but a song. I love you, because you have done more than any creed could have done to make me good, and more than any fate could have done to make me happy. You have done it without a touch, without a word, without a sign. You have done it by being yourself. Perhaps that is what being a friend means, after all.”

Esta Roto!

Courage

It's hard sometimes to appreciate my individuality as a gift the world because most times i'm just so out of the ordinary! I don't feel awkward when most people feel it and the things that should upset me don't and the things that shouldn't do! There are also a lot of people who think that I'm un-naturally happy! Why should I be sad! I am loved unconditionally!!!!!

“Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.’”
~M. Radanbacher
